SPARK offers high school, trade school and college-age students a gateway to exciting careers in motorsports via internships with leading organizations. Whatever your career goal — technical, medical, media, marketing, logistics, team and track operations, event planning and more — once you qualify, we’ll try to match you up with the entity that best fits your path.
Once your application is accepted, you’ll be assigned to interview a motorsports legend by phone or zoom. Once that recording is successfully uploaded to the SPARK website, we’ll look for internships that suit your goals, interests, schedule and geography.

First, SPARK provides students with a unique opportunity to participate in recording history. By interviewing some of the sport’s leading lights, students also get a chance to build interpersonal skills crucial in any future workspace. Lastly, their participation in SPARK will be an excellent feature on their resumes when applying to schools, scholarships, and internships.
