Motorsports Hall of Fame of America respects your privacy

Any personal information you provide to us including your name, address, phone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Motorsports Hall of Fame of America except to comply with the law, process your order, membership or donation or to facilitate the operation of a service including, but not limited to, our email newsletter delivery.

Orders, membership, cash donations and payment information

We accept cash donations and take orders for certain items, but we do not collect any financial, billing or shipping information on our website (e.g. we have no credit card information).  If you choose to donate cash, purchase a membership, order induction ceremony tickets or otherwise order any item offered on our site, you will be transferred to the PayPal website to securely process the payment and to securely collect any required financial, billing and shipping information related to the transaction on our site.

Google Analytics – we may use this service to analyze website usage statistics and trends for the purpose of improving your website experience at Motorsports Hall of Fame of America. – we may use this newsletter service to manage email newsletter subscriptions and the delivery of the newsletter to subscribers who have voluntarily signed up. – we use this service to securely process payments for orders, cash donations and memberships. – we may use this service to display information from our Facebook fan page including a Like button and Like box for our fan page.
